JLSZV6-10W Outdoor Three-phase Epoxy Resin Casting Combined Transformer 10kV

The JLSZV6-10W is a 10kV outdoor three-phase combined instrument transformer that integrates current and voltage measurement functions in one epoxy resin cast body, and its design and testing follow GB/T 17201. Because it occupies a single compact footprint instead of separate CT and VT units, it helps free panel and switchyard space in distribution layouts where room is tight.

The unit is available with current ratios from 5/5-75/5 up to 400/5-600/5, accuracy classes 0.2(S) and 0.5, and rated outputs of 10 or 15 VA at COSΦ=0.8; short-time thermal and dynamic ratings scale with the selected ratio, and each unit weighs 75 kg. It is intended for outdoor pole-mounted or box-substation service on 10kV distribution lines, with pollution class IV suited to exposed locations. Before energizing, verify insulation resistance, polarity and ratio, earth the secondary at one point, and never short-circuit the voltage secondary while energized.
